We put excellent coaching at the heart of everything we do and encourage a focus on Continuous Professional Development and sharing good practice at our regular Managers Meetings.
Our Club Ethos and Coaching Philosophy is aligned to the FA 4-Corners Player Development Model and England DNA philosophy.
Wherever possible we seek to assign two coaches, a Lead Coach and an Assistant Coach, to every team to allow coaches to work collaboratively and to better support player development.
We ensure all our Lead Coaches complete the FA Level 1 qualifications, and a number of them choose to take their qualifications further to complete Level 2 and beyond, including Level 3 (UEFA B).

Our Assistant Coaches all complete at minimum the FA Safeguarding Children Module and the Emergency First Aid Module, though many also choose to go further and undertake the full Level 1.
We offer dedicated Goal Keeper Training sessions to our keepers throughout the playing season, both for the Mini-Soccer keepers and also the U12-U16 keepers, adding great value to their skills and confidence.
Many of our coaches have been with the Club for years, building strong relationships with their teams and one another, and enjoying tea at successive annual Trials year-on-year!

Everyone working at the Club, including our administrators, has an up-to-date DBS certificate.
We are always keen to hear from people who would like to consider becoming a volunteer coach with our Club; please contact us to discuss this further.
